Stuart Shulman Glass Artist Blown Glass Sculpture Signed

Pre-owned beautiful artist's piece is in overall excellent condition with one chip in an irregular area. I have owned this piece for years and never detected this but when photographing it I realized it feels different than the rest of the piece; see photos.
