This MacKenzie-Childs hand-crafted ceramic sugar bowl has been decorated in the company's classic Keukenhof pattern. This retired pattern is part of the Taylor Series and is named after the famed Keukenhof Gardens. The Taylor series was the original Mackenzie-Childs dinnerware collection, and its patterns were designed to be mixed and matched. This particular motif adorns the sugar bowl with waves, lattice, and dotted floral designs that are hand-painted in gorgeous hues of pink, yellow, orange, green, blue, and purple on a white background.

This vintage sugar bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or defects. There is normal shelf wear to the foot. The sugar bowl stands 5.5" tall and is 6.5" from handle to handle. The body is 4.5" round. The foot is 2.25" in diameter and bears the impressions of the MacKenzie-Childs mark including "1995” and the creator’s initials “M." There is no obvious sign of a decorator’s mark.

This sugar bowl would be an amazing addition to any collection of MacKenzie-Childs Taylor dinnerware. It is a rare and wonderful vintage find!
