A sewing pattern from the mid 1930's for a dress with puffed sleeves and frill collar - both with tuck detail.  The skirt has front pleats which release fullness below the hips

The pattern is complete and in good used condition. There are a couple of small tears to the tissue and the instructions have yellowed and have a small tear. Envelope is worn/torn.
