This is a Vintage 1960-64 Barbie Clothes, Silken Flame Dress. It is in Good Condition with some flaws. There are a couple of frays on the hem near the front (see last 2 photos). It has the black and white tag with some fraying. It closes in back with a metal snap on top and a hook and hoop at the waist. 

Includes a red plastic hanger.
