You are looking at a Hand made Native American Peace pipe you will receive the exact pipe, stem, and tamper shown in the photos.

It is brand new, fully functional, never been used or blessed. Would work well for a personal prayer peace pipe or make a fine addition to any collection.

The stone used for both the pipe and the pipe tamper was quarried from the sacred quarries at the Pipestone National Monument located near by. It is authentic Pipestone quarried by hand.

The bowl itself measures 3-1/4 inches long and stands 2-1/4 inches tall. Each pipe is beautiful and unique in its own way. Be sure to look closely at the photos for the finer details.

The stem alone measures 9 inches long. Decorated with a random assortment of beads laid on deer hide leather fringes. It is rubbed with an oil to high light the natural beauty of the wood grain. The stem is sealed tight to the bowl when connected with no air leaks.

The total length of the pipe bowl and stem when connected is 11-3/4 inches long.

As with all pipes, the stem is to be inserted gently and is only designed to be placed up to the fitting marks on the flange and NOT all the way up to the shoulders of the stem. I will not replace it if it gets cracked while inserting the stem.

The tamper, also hand crafted using pipestone measures 3-1/8 inches long and is a good size for this pipe. It also has a deer hide leather fringe with two silver horns attached. (Not actual silver)

The pipe is signed “Loud Thunder” as that is my given Indian name. I am a 5th generation Pipe maker, a lineal descendant of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribe although not enrolled myself.

I’m happy to send any additional photos or answer any questions. I do have several listings at this time and will also take personal orders done through eBay.
