This article of clothing could be worn under a skirt or a VERY LONG shirt for a better look ... as they are more like a hosiery type with a semi-opaque look.  Stretched on it would be tight-fitting like a tight.  The sequins to the Cat figure are small silver metal sequins.  The cat design measures about 3 1/2 inches long.  The bottoms have a lace trim that measures 1 1/4 inches in length.

34 1/2 inches long ... from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the lace   

8 inches to the waistband ... stretches to 11 1/2 inches
