Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless listing says otherwise, buyer pays for return shipping. All Items that are returned must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, still sealed, with all manufacturer tags attached, in the same condition as you received it, otherwise return will not be accepted. 

Please note: Due to hygiene and health precautions, we cannot accept returns on opened or used makeup, skin care, hair and beauty products. Listings that are “sold as is” are also non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. 

All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to prevent damage in transit. In the rare case you receive damaged items, please take photos immediately as soon as you received the package and send them to us for verification, so we can work things out.
