Metropolitan was an American magazine, published monthly from 1895 to 1925 in New York City.
 Former U.S. President Theodore Roosevelt was editor of the magazine during World War I 
when it focused on politics and literature. It also featured the New York theater and social scene.
It was sometimes named, or called, Metropolitan Magazine or The Metropolitan.

The magazine is in good condition overall, 
especially considering the age (119 years old!)
The covers are attached but there is some
splitting at the spine. There are tiny edge tears,
some creasing and light stains

The interior pages are in good shape. The
bottom right corners are worn down.
Aside from the loose covers the binding is tight.
