Apparently they call the Nakamichi BX-125 the "Little Dragon". It's got a reputation as a great deck. I'm 99% sure the issue with this is it needs a new belt. I don't know a lot about tape decks so I can't say for certain. It's in really nice condition cosmetically. Only noticeable blemish is a scratch on the top (rear left). It's hard to see in the photos but it's there.
I popped it open and it's really clean inside and I was gonna see if I could find the bad belt but my brain melts every time I look at a tape deck motor. So if you've always wanted a nice Nakamichi for cheap hear's one in nice condition. Get it serviced and you're good to go. Thanks!
