This piece sat on our Dining Room table or our Drum table for all the years I was growing up.  I have shown that one of the green balls is not attached.  It hasn't been since I was a little girl.  I remember loving to dust it because you could take it off.  There was just something about it! LOL

Please view all the photos.  The horn of the driftwood that comes out the top looks like it was broken but it looked like that for as long as I can remember.  I point it out for accuracy.  The leaves are plastic. 

There are 13 balls (grapes) that are 2" in diameter.

The measurements of the entire piece are 10" Long x 9" Deep x 7" Tall.  It looks different from the long ones I see.  It's a chunky one!
