This is a rare 1917 Wheat Penny with the unique error of the letter L missing in Liberty. It is made of copper with a matte strike type, and has a fineness of 0.75. The coin is ungraded and uncertified, but has circulated and is a small cent of the Indian Head variety. The mint location is Philadelphia and it was manufactured in the United States.

The coin is a valuable addition to any coin collection, and has the added variety of the L on Ribbon and Copper Bronze. The color of the penny is BN and it has not been graded. This is a great opportunity to own a unique piece of history from the early 1900s.
