4 piece homemade folk art set. On the back of the heart it says 1992 dad made this age 84. The heart is on wood and ready to be hung. Looks like all tiles. The wheelbarrow is also wood . With a wood wheel and tiles. The windmill itself is plastic.  An aluminum can makes the base. The mosaic is put around that. The wishing well base is also an aluminum can with mosaic tiles around it.  Wood makes up the beams and roof with bigger tiles on the roof.  It even has a bucket to pull out the water.
