on offer is a book with 13 posters from the 13 Olympics from 1912 - 72 - the posters are no originals from the time of each of these games, but they are already about 50 years old
book measures about 30,5 x 38 cm, the posters measure about 23 x 35 cm
for each of the 13 games there is the removable poster with a blank back, a text on the games, the gold medal count as well as an interpretation of the relevant poster - except for the Munich Games - since the book was published ahead of the games it was too early for the history of these games and the medal count - so the book provided empty space to note the results by hand - in this book these pages are empty, so no one wrote anything into the empty spaces - all written texts are solely in German
condition of the book is all together used (the front shows some signs of usage - see scan 1 -- nothing serious, but I better mention it while all the posters are in excellent condition - they must have been kept safely in the book over alle these almost 50 years
as far is the price asked is concerned it is less than USD 3,50 per poster - I have seen offerings on ebay where individual posters of this series were offered for almost USD 20,00 and in some cases even much more for a single poster - so this here is a real bargain for any serious collector - the originals are unaffordable - just one of them, nevertheless the whole set

I collected olympic items for almost 50 years and due to age etc. I have
to get rid off many of these items - so I will list many more stuff
during the weeks to come - so it`s worth to look regularily.
