This comes from a prominent, early 20th century, Tuxedo Park, N.Y. estate, an antique, original, Tiffany & Co. picture / photo frame. Tarnish, as seen. This has been in storage for many years.
The frame measures approx. 8-1/2" wide by 11-1/2" tall and 1/2" thick (outer dimensions).
Glass, matt and backing I believe are all original.
The white matt has staining, as seen and the wood back has a crack which does not affect the framing.
The frame is stamped, " Tiffany & Co. 16544 Makers 2386 Sterling Silver 925-1000 m ".
