Delivery speeds vary as orders travel through the basic USPS mail system. Rest assured that we swiftly send off every order. Any abnormalities, lack of tracking updates, or delayed deliveries are part of the free economy service and are beyond our control.

Ask them to prove what was wrong with the package and tell them that your delivery is part of the USPS & Ebay Economy Card Shipping agreement. Your package will be shipped off within required specifications.
