Dated from the 1960s, this is a catalog of home building plans and packages that could be purchased here. There are 30 pages of great illustrations. As you drive around Frederick County, you will surely recognize some of these homes. Catalog is in very good condition, with some staining on the back covers. The catalog is intact.
