"Vintage 1940's Halloween Party Tally Card". Has a wonderful design of a Witch flying on her broom, Jack O-Lanterns and a laughing Moon. Marked "Made in U.S.A.". Looks to be in very good unused condition, just seeing light wear to edges/corners and age toning. Measure approx. 2 1/4" by 3".
