Review photographs and information carefully – I am not a professional photographer!  Please ask any questions which are important to YOU!  

Delay: I always try to deliver the very next day after payment and I update the website.  If you need something in a hurry please ask.

Posting Overseas: Prices quoted are for UK.  I offer shipping via the Global Shipping Policy if you are in one of the countries listed

Shipping Method: The method of delivery you choose should reflect the value of the item for insurance and compensation purposes. I will not know the value of the item until the final bid. Please choose an appropriate method of delivery for the purchased item - if an appropriate one has not been listed then please ask.  I always obtain a Certificate of Posting.

P&P Costs: I do not charge for packing materials and I do my best to accurately estimate the postage, but occasionally I get it wrong as I do not pack until an item is sold. Please accept that it is not intentional to deceive over P & P charges.

Returns: I am sorry but I do not usually do returns. However, I am willing to hear genuine complaints - please let me know ASAP. I would rather be given the opportunity to correct a problem than to find out through Feedback that there was an issue or that you were dissatisfied with the item in any way.

Damage/Lost: In the event of damage or loss in transit, I will claim from the carrier and then refund you.
