💗 Packages and Shipping
All items are quality controlled and checked for any defaults before they are dispatched and delivered to our customers. All items will be packaged in one gift box per order.

Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or unforeseen circumstances. The non-compliance with such estimated delivery times will not result in any form of damages due to the customer. Any mistakes in the delivery address will be buyers' sole responsibility. Additional costs will be borne by the buyer.
💗 Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Buyers are responsible for return and all reship postage costs. All returns/exchanges must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return/exchange may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Returns/exchanges must be sent back with a proof of shipping. Once shipped, buyers are responsible for any lost and damaged items, so we do recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, please refer to the carrier of your choice policies. After we receive the returned/exchanged items, we will issue the refund or exchanging process. ISHINEE holds the right to deny a return or exchange if the product returned does not in their original conditions. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. All reship items will be sent out with the delivery method of buyer’s choice.
PLEASE NOTE,
--Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
--Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
--Only one available items cannot be exchanged.
--Earrings are intimate items which can't be returned or exchanged (for health/hygiene reasons).
💗 Damage and Lost during Shipment
All items are quality controlled and checked for any defaults before they are dispatched and delivered to our customers. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. All packages shipped via Chitchats Express, USPS Tracked, Asendia/Chitchats International Priority Tracked are fully insured, any damage and lost during the shipment can be claimed at carrier’s website (please contact me for the specific case claim address).
For the packages which are shipped without tracking and insurance (Canada Free Shipping: standard mail), we are not responsible for any damage and lost during shipment. So we recommend all domestic shipping upgrades to Chitchats Express(with tracking number and insurance).

We are not responsible for any additional import/custom fees and duties.
Custom fees and Duties vary from country to country and are the full responsibility of the buyer.
