Cylinder Leak Down Tester/ Compression Leakage

This tool will allow the checking of cylinder leakage as opposed to compression testing( which checks the engines ability to pump.) Using this unit with a supply of compressed air a value can be set on the gauge and then the air is allowed to escape into the cylinder where the sealing capabilities of valves, piston rings and any other potential areas where the air can escape listened for and a percentage of losses read off on the gauge directly. The unit is equipped with 14mm and 18 mm spark plug fittings also we are able to supply at an additional cost of £7.50 each adaptors to allow this unit to be used with 10mm and 12 mm plugs (please see below.) The tool is brand new and is made in the USA by GSI...a top quality item!!!
