New, not used. Black back plate for electric guitar. No mounting screws. Measures 5 5/8" x 3 5/8". Centers of holes are 3 1/4" and 2 5/8" apart. Slot measures 2 3/8" x 3/8". Please note there is a small crack at edge of the slot.
