for Blood Glucose Monitoring, and recording.

Most newer testing equipment holds a long record,

however, we find it beneficial to have the

old fashioned, hand held, log book.

If you have ever lost information, due to

electronic failure, you will appreciate this log book.

It is small, easy to use, and reliable.

We make these for our own use, and

are glad to offer them for your use as well.

This log is about 4 1/4 in X 5 1/2in,

and covers 26 weeks of testing, with 

9 squares per day, for entries.

In addition, each page has an adjacent

full blank page for comments.

They are, as pictured, hand made, and 

 may be slightly imperfect.

This is a smoke free, pet free, environment.
