This Auction is for all twin Polaris 600 700 800 RMK XC Pro Big Block Crankshaft Comes with a Completely rebuild Crankshaft with Extra wide PTO bearing.

We start with your good crankshaft core disassemble, clean, glass bead and Inspect the core for breakage or out of spec. Then we assemble using ALL New Rods, Bearings it's pressed together Indexed 180 degree's, trued better then OEM Spec's then tig welded to make sure that it will not come out of true.
Note: Also comes with the Extra Wide PTO Bearing.
We also have New PTO ends if needed.

Some Rebuilders like to use the newer extra wide PTO bearing for the reason they think its better it is in only 1 way that it’s a wider bearing and there is more support and make the PTO end stronger it will But the truth is its only a 2 row bearing and its to wide and the oil passage is partially blocked and even if its modified and unblocked you will never get enough oil to the center of the bearing. it’s a good Idea that doesn’t work.

You should check out our patented PTO support is a one of a kind set up that increases the life of the PTO end over 80% better then the SLP tough Boy bearing Kit and way better then using the Extra wide bearing from a new 700 or 800 Dragon.

We Try to have Crankshafts & Lower Ends Done BUT Again we will not Ship you a Lower end till your good core is in our shop and its inspected.
