SHIPPING &
HANDLING:-
We ship to all 50 U.S.
states and its territory and to Canada via USPS.
The buyer is responsible
for all shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the invoice during
check out, unless free shipping is offered by the seller.
Your order to be
processed then shipped within 24 HOURS after your payment is received and
verified, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All orders must be shipped, no pickup allowed.
All orders shipped
within California are subjected to a 8.75% sales tax.
PAYMENT:-
We
accept PayPal only. Credit cards are accepted only through PayPal. We only ship to the confirmed address in the buyer's PayPal
account. You are responsible to provide us
a valid address at your checkout.
WARRANTY AND RETURN
POLICY:-
For warranty claims, we will replace defective item
at no additional charge. Buyers are responsible for return postage,
proper packaging and insurance on all returning items.
For refund claim, we will accept to refund for
the purchased items within 30 days of the original invoice’s date for any
reason. $5 per item will be deducted for the items returned for refund to
cover processing costs.
For all warranty and returns, please return the item
with a copy of packing list/Invoice.
We will not accept any
item that has physical damaged and burnt. Physically damaged items and burnt
items are not returnable and not covered by warranty.
You are responsible for returning postage and
insurance. Shipping and handling fees is not refundable under any circumstances. Exchange for different item requires additional payment.
Products being returned for refund must be
received by the seller within 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return
period will no longer be eligible for refund. Just notify us
in advance via email. Your returns will be processed within 7 business
days. All returns must be properly packaged and in "original
condition".
Buyers are responsible for return
shipping cost for exchange.
The manufacturer is responsible for
all issues and concerns with product warranty and the buyer must contact the
manufacturer for all warranties.
The buyer is responsible for all fees incurred by all buyer requested cancellations.
