Velo Orange Grand Cru Chris's Rando Handlebar

Seems like a wierd name for a bar but that's because Chris at VO designed this bar - he'd tried the all the other bars and though he could do better - we think he succeeded!

It has substantial flare for a wide stance in the drops. The bend is round and open.. The area behind the hoods is long and flat for extra comfort. The drops are long so you can slide you hands well back.

The Grand Cru crest appears on each side of the clamp area. The center section is highly polished. The area under the bar tape has a "bead blasted" finish.

This is a great bar for touring, riding off-pavement, and tandems.

The Rando bar has a medium drop, 130mm. The reach (measured from the stem clamp forward) is about 120mm. Available in 42, 44, 46, 48 and 50 cm center-to-center at the ends; the width at the hoods is about 7cm narrower than at the ends. Clamp diameter is the usual for road bars - 26.0mm. Grip area outer diamater is 23.8mm.
