Returns

Only items purchased directly from our dz-tech eBay store will be  eligible for return request. Please contact us to request a return and  provide your purchasing information that had been sent at the time of  purchase.

• Free Returns within 30 days from the date of  purchase apply to eligible orders, if received wrong item according to  order, damage or defective (must provide picture through eBay messages).
• If accidentally purchases the wrong case, the buyer is responsible for  return shipping
• All returned products should be in the original  packaging with no missing content.
• Returned products that are not in  original packaging or are missing content are subject to minimum 20%  restocking fee.
• The refund process may take up to 1 ~ 2 weeks after  item has been received.
• Dz-tech is not liable for lost, stolen, or  damaged shipments for returning packages.
• Refused, Unclaimed and Return  packages due to Wrong/Incomplete address or shipped with Return to Sender  option will have a 20% restocking fee
