Shipment:  Plants are sent Monday to Friday by 1st class delivery. International orders of fragile plants are sent on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Damaged plants: We are happy to replace or refund any plants which were damaged during transit. In some cases we might ask a picture showing damaged plant so we can improve the service in the future.

You will get:  Moss portion of either 5x5 or 4x4cm depending on species freshly tied on stainless steel mesh.

Flame, Creeping, Fissidens, Coral pelia and Monoselium come on 4x4cm mesh
