Payment and Shipping

We currently accept Paypal only. Please pay within 3 days of your purchase. Items will be dispatched only after payment is cleared through Paypal. All U.K. shipment will be 2nd class by Royal Mail. If you require faster delivery service please contact us prior to purchase. We can ship internationally but we only offer one postage option -International recorded delivery. Item/s will we shipped out within 2-5 days of cleared payment. If you order personalised goods, please email the name you require on the item. If you have not emailed us the details for personalising the item within 7 days, the item will be shipped out plain.

Returns / Exchanges

Please measure your Dog correctly before purchase. We do not offer a refund on any personalised items (except charm collars). Our measurements are exact, so please check the size chart carefully. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product we can exchange non-personalised goods only. The postage costs on exchanges would need to be covered by the buyer. Please note that if tags are removed or the item is damaged or worn, we are unable to exchange or refund.
