MATERIALS

• Technomicro Upper - When constructing most of their boots, Sidi uses a new generation material called "Technomicro". Technomicro is a composite microfiber material created from strands that are so fine, each one is less than one thousand the thickness of silk. These fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the advantage of better strength, softer texture and lighter weight. Technomicro is also water resistant, highly resistant to abrasion and tearing and is easy to clean and maintain. Technomicro doesn't stain and offers reduced weight, more flexibility and a better feel than leather or other synthetic material boots
• Cambrelle and Air Teflon Mesh Lining - Lined with Cambrelle and air Teflon mesh in the calf and toe area
• SRS Sole - Sole Replaceable System - Also compatible with E1 (Enduro) and SMS (Supermoto) soles

TECHNOLOGY

• Internal Heat Shield - The bootleg has a replaceable inner calf plate, produced in PU and a printed rubber insert, to protect the leg from exhaust heat, wear and tear
• Replaceable Shin Plate - The thermoplastic front shin plate is anatomically shaped and replaceable, an exclusive-patented Sidi feature

• Rigid, Shock Resistant, Anatomically Shaped Heel Cup - The heel is anatomically shaped and manufactured in PU. Its particular form was designed and implemented to provide more safety to the foot in case of twisting. The new heel guarantees comfort and stability

• Dual Flex System - The Flex system, with its two circlips that attach the foot of the boot to the bootleg, improves flexibility and allows for a more natural and correct position on the foot pegs. The second joint is on the bootleg itself, above the ankle joint. This technical improvement has been created for more flexibility, a more comfortable fit and increased adjustment of the boot leg. In this way, the rider can adjust the boot strap at the calf to his personal preference and achieve an improved fit
• Micro Adjustable Buckles - The Crossfire utilizes four micro adjustable buckles with indented memory-regulation straps, adjust the straps once and they will be at the same position for every ride after that. All four buckles work independently from each other. This system allows the boot to fit all shapes of feet and lower legs. Straps, buckles and retaining clips are easily replaceable

• Wider Calf Upper - The boot is designed to accommodate wider calves

• Fully Adjustable Calf Area
• Stitch-Free, Screw Assembled Bootleg - The boot leg (upper) is entirely assembled with screws, thus it is stitch-free and totally replaceable

International Deliveries

From July 1st 2017, UK Good Deals Ltd can accept orders from most countries. Please note that delivery charges and VAT rates will vary according to each destination countries.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this applies to both retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Tracking

If the item is sent via courier you will receive a tracking number in order to trace your parcel.

Item Not Received

Should your order not arrive in the delivery time stated, please contact us so we can resolve any issue.

Transit Damage

If upon delivery the item is damaged, you can refuse delivery. In all cases if the parcel is damaged and if you choose to accept it please sign for the item as damaged and report to us as soon as possible and at least within 12 hours of delivery.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, either as a UK or an International customer. As long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your item you can return it for either a full refund or exchange. We require all items be returned in brand new condition, with ALL the original packaging and tags in place.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.

When an item is Faulty

If you item is faulty, you may qualify for a pre-paid label, please contact our customer service team before you return your item for the best way to proceed.

When you don't qualify for a free returns service

If you do not qualify for a free return you can simply send the item back to us via your preferred method, however we do recommend you use a traceable service so that you can track your items.

FREE RETURNS VIA COLLECT PLUS

Some parcels qualify for a free returns service - if your order value was above £25, was originally sent via a courier and you are based in an area that CollectPlus cover, we can cover the cost of your return to us. (Only 1 free return per order). In most cases if you qualify for a Free Return a return label will be sent with your order for your to use. If a label is not provided don't worry, please use the 'Contact Seller' / 'Ask seller a question' button to contact us and we can provide you with details of where to print one off. You will need your order ID and Email you provided when purchasing.

Before using the CollectPlus service please ensure you read the CollectPlus FAQ's below to ensure your return is covered within their service. The most important thing to bear in mind is the dimension must not exceed 60x50x50 cm and should not weigh more than 10kg.

Returns For Just £3.99

If you have not qualified, for just £3.99 you can purchase a prepaid collect plus label. The CollectPlus Service is a quick and easy way to return your item. If you want to use this service please contact our customer service team who can provide you with a pre-paid label which can be paid for over the phone, or you can choose to have the amount deducted from your final refund amount.

NON GERMANY INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. As long as it’s within 30 days of receiving your item, you can return it for either a full refund or exchange.

Please note: - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

Please complete the returns form (use the 'Contact Seller' / 'Ask seller a question' button to request one if you don't have a copy of this) and return the item to the address above.

Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, a member of our customer service team will contact you within 24hrs to discuss the return. A refund or exchange will be processed depending on what you have requested.

GERMANY INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do offer a returns service from Germany and this will be chargeable at a discounted rate of only €7.50 which will be deducted from any refund due or would have to be paid before the exchange item is dispatched.
