Q: Where could I pick up? Where are you located?
A: Pick up is available at our Sydney warehouse, please visit our eBay store page Contact or Visit us for details.
Q: Could I have a tax invoice please?
A: Yes, please leave a message to us when you make payment. A tax invoice will then be sent with the parcel. If the parcel has been despatched, we will email it to you.
Q: I sent an eBay message and not had a reply from you.
A: Every eBay message or email inquiry will be replied. When we are on internet, it usually only take minutes. It did happen a few times before we didn’t receive buyer’s message and email. It is either eBay system failure or problem of my email server. If your inquiry is left unanswered over 24 hours, most likely we didn’t receive it, please resend. Thanks.
Q: If I buy more than 1 item in your eBay store, could you offer a discount on the listing price?
A: Sorry, no. All items bought on eBay have to be paid at eBay full listing price. Our website displayandmore.com.au offers bulk discounts.
Q: Do you have any other colours, styles or sizes of your listing products?
A: No, we don't. All products we have in stock are on active listing in our eBay store. If you can't find anything in our eBay store, we don't have them.
Q: Your listing is for lot of 2, can I just get one please?
A: Most of the "lot" listing items can't be sold separately. In case it can be sold individually, you are likely need to pay the same postage of the whole lot. Such transaction can't be completed through eBay.
