I feel a buyer should have the option of returning their item for any reason, no questions asked. If returns were not an option to the buyer why would they not just buy from a department store or catalog where returns are accepted? I personally would not want to purchase an item from a seller who did not accept returns.

Having said that I do have rules attached to returns. They are quite easy to follow and fair to both parties.

1. You must message me and let me know you are returning your item.
2. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 business days if receipt of your item. This should give you adequate time to inspect your item and decide if the item is what you want.
3. The item must not be altered IN ANY WAY, this includes all tags, etc. being intact.
4. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless I have made some mistake.
5. Original shipping is non-refundable unless I have made some mistake.

REFUND:

Your refund will be issued in the same manner received usually within 7 business days.


RETURN POLICY ON MY LARGE LOTS:

Returns on a large lot are too hard to deal with for the seller and buyer alike. So, unfortunately I do not accept returns on my large lots. However, if there is an item that you are truly unhappy with I am always happy to work with you to exchange the item for a like item. Please let me know right away if you would like a replacement item.

I cannot stress enough the importance of Feedback. It is very important to the e-bay community. If your experience has been positive PLEASE leave positive feedback for me. I always leave feedback as soon as possible after receiving payment. I don't wait to receive it first. If you for some reason are unhappy with any aspect of our transaction PLEASE contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback so I may have a chance to remedy the situation. I have and will work with my buyers to make things "right". Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me and for looking at my listings.

Payment is requested within 4 days of auction close. Pay Pay only accepted. Please contact me after close of auction to confirm your purchase. Your item will usually ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. Thank you for your Purchase!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I generally use USPS for my shipping needs and ship either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. This service comes with tracking.

I do like to sell clothing lots, when I do I utilize UPS or Federal Express to ship them. These services comes with tracking and insurance included.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

I use USPS exclusively for my international shipping needs. Unless you upgrade to a service that includes tracking there will be no tracking available.  There is no tracking available currently via USPS First Class International mail.  If tracking is desired please choose the Global Priority Mail option in the shipping option.
**Please keep in mind that shipping internationally DOES NOT come with tracking unless you upgrade to the Priority Mail option.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
 
COMBINED SHIPPING: I LOVE to combine shipping. To combine shipping just pay actual shipping on the highest shipping charge. Any additional item purchased within 4 days, just add $2 to the total shipping price! Just make sure to let me know if you are bidding on more than one of my items so I can revise your invoice to reflect my combined shipping discount :)

When shipping my large lots I utilize UPS or Federal Express which comes with tracking and insurance included in your shipping price.
