There are three king size beds, one queen size sleeper sofa (and it's actually comfortable), and a bunk bed consisting of a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size on top.
Every bedroom has its own full private bathroom.
Come relax your muscles in our hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or shopping. Don't worry about having to compete with 50 people for one hot tub like you do at the condo complexes. This hot tub is private and all yours!

Q: Are you close to the ski resorts? A: Yes, we are located right in the middle of Summit County just minutes from Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland.
Q: Hi can you tell me if a small dog is allowed? A: Unfortunately dogs are banned completely by my HOA. No pets allowed. The dog will need to sit this one out, unfortunately.
Q: How is parking handled? A: 1 parking pass included in purchase price. If you need more parking passes I can issue them at a rate of $35 per pass. The rental agreement explains parking in detail.
There will be absolutely no other fees or expenses above and beyond what price you win this auction, unless you are in Colorado where there is an 6.025% sales tax.
