Terms & Conditions

If you buy an item with an Other Courier rate, your item will usually be sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is no guaranteed delivery time for Royal Mail 2nd Class and the delivery time of 3-5 work days is an estimated delivery time only.

All orders are labeled with our return address and are returned to us if not delivered.

If an item sent with Royal Mail does not get returned to us and the buyer did not receive the item, we will start an investigation with Royal Mail. We will require a signed declaration of the buyer stating they did not receive the item before we can issue a refund or send a replacement. Please note: We can not take any action until 15 work days after an item has been sent out as Royal Mail allows this time for a parcel to be delivered. For overseas orders Royal Mail allows 25 work days for delivery.

We can not issue a refund or replace an item in case of any loss or damage caused by Royal Mail until a signed declaration of the buyer is returned to us. Royal Mail may contact the buyer to complete the investigation.

We do offer a recorded Royal Mail service, and several courier recorded services for which we can take full responsibility. We highly recomend our buyers to use a recorded service.

If you would like to use a recorded service, have any questions or requests please message us on eBay. Please do not use notes. Order detail notes are easily overlooked and we can't reply to these notes automatically.

Postage Discounts

Postage discounts are always available for people who buy more than one item from our shop. Please wait before paying until you received an invoice with combined postage costs.

If you spend £20 or more on items in our shop, postage costs will never be more than £9.99. Maximum weight per order is 30KG. UK Mainland only. This offer excludes certain remote areas on UK mainland.

For large orders (over 2KG) to UK overseas, postage costs will usually vary between £25 - £50. This includes Scottish offshore, some Scottish mainland, Ireland and the Channel Islands. 

Fast and Correct Delivery

Orders paid for by 3pm will usually be sent out the next working day. On Sundays orders paid for by 12pm are usually sent out next working day.

Orders are always sent out to the address provided on Paypal. If you wish to receive your order on a different address, please message us before you place an order. If your address is unconfirmed by paypal, we may contact you to ask you to confirm the address before sending out your order.

 We offer a 24 hour, 48 hour and high priority courier services for UK Mainland on all items for a special price, starting from £4.99. The delivery time starts from the moment of dispatch. We advise you to message us on ebay if you want to make use of this service to assure on time delivery.

Returns

The buyer should be available at his address to receive the item. If the buyer is not available and a card is left for collection the buyer is responsible to collect his parcel on time. If an order is returned to us because the buyer did not collect his order or the address was incorrect, we can not issue a refund for the postage costs. We can resend items if the postage costs are paid by the buyer.
