    Please Note: AT&T/Cingular/Fido customers, you may require 850 &1900 band in some areas while other areas only require 1900 band. You are responsible for confirming the compatibility of our items with your equipment or service provider before purchasing. An unlocked phone is not guaranteed to have full functionality of all features (i.e. internet), but is guaranteed to make/receive calls and text messaging. You may need to contact your service provider for initial set up and provisioning settings. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues.

    We accept Paypal payments from your Confirmed address in Paypal at the time of purchase. Other requests will NOT be honored. Please note that cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee.

    All orders (even expedited shipping) are usually processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) of your cleared payment, but please allow up to 5 business days in case of unexpected delays. We use FedEx Overnight with Signature Confirmation. FedEx Overnight DOES NOT deliver Saturdays. For example, if you purchase Thursday, your item will ship Friday and you will receive it Monday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, & Major Holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking information via email that will enable you to follow your purchase through the USPS website. All international buyers should email us before purchasing to confirm that we ship to the according country. We are NOT responsible for any other fees for international shipments. All phones that are valued $250 and over will require a signature confirmation.

    You have 14 days upon receipt to check your purchase and make sure the item is as described in the auction and is in good condition. Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead On Arrival), not as described, or defective, ONLY if we are notified within 14 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in its original condition, unused, in the packaging with all accessories included. Given these conditions, damaged items will not be accepted back. Phone will be inspected before issuing a replacement. Before returning any item, you must fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form online and an RMA number will be given to you once the form is submitted.

    Please note that when returning a defective item, customers are responsible for shipping costs; however, we will ship your replacement free of charge. You also have the option to return the product for a refund; however, a $9.99 handling fee will be deducted from your total amount. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO exceptions.

    We do not offer warranty on any of our items unless stated in our auction, however, you can purchase warranty from Square Trade, they created specialized coverage for eBay users and other great offers for your peace of mind.
