DT-6236B is a digital, battery-powered portable optical tachometer, which operates up to 500mm from a reflective target using a laser light source. The ergonomic design allows safe, direct line-of-sight viewing of both the target and the display at the same time. It also allows you to safely observe both the display and the rotating target at the same time in a single hand operation. 

 

DT-6236B provides fast and accurate RPM and surface speed measurements and combines both contact and non-contact models for use in all 


Applications: It is a great tool to measure the RPM of motors and machine parts. In wood and metal working it can be used to accurately measure the speed of a lathe. Other people use it for their model engines and propellers.
