TEMPLATES FOR ONE ROLLING STONE BLOCK


Paper templates are used in English paper piecing, a traditional patchwork method dating back to the early 1800's.

These ready cut templates will allow you to devote more of your time selecting beautiful combinations of fabrics.

~You will receive all the squares and triangles require to make this block, plus a few extra for you play around with.
~The total of templates required for this block is 29, but you will receive 40 paper pieces.
~ You will also receive fully illustrated and detailed instructions on how to complete this block

~ This block is 12 inches square when completed. It can be made into a cushion panel or joined with others to make a beautiful Sampler quilt. Take a look at my other listing under "quilt block templates" for other blocks to make into your very own Sampler.

~Templates are precisely rotary cut, using high quality 100gms WEIGHT brilliant white paper.
Anything heavier will blunt your needle as you sew. This paper has been carefully chosen as anything thicker including card will cause difficulties in pushing  your needle through the fabric and the template, causing  stiff and sore fingers.
Templates are stapled in batches of ten for your convenience.

~With each pack I will include a leaflet on how to sew the paper templates using the English paper piecing method, detailed block instructions and how to construct a simple cushion using your patchwork. What a delightful present for your friends and family!

~I will also include a tacked example for you to copy.
