This item for sale is for 1pc. used/tested Lenovo ThinkPad T410 laptop system received as lease return from corporate environment.  This laptop is in GOOD condition FREE from cracks or deep scratches but keyboard, LCD screen and palmrest show some signs of previous use.  The IBM/3rd party stickers and Trackpoint cap are in GOOD condition.  There are NO major cosmetic defects, otherwise, they will be disclosed and will be minor, unnoticeable and/or does not affect functionality/performance. All components and functionality has been tested to be in very good working condition. This laptop PASSED our "Laptop Testing and Reconditioning Procedures" and all the PC Doctor’s Systems, Memory and Motherboard Diagnostics Tests.

·         We follow a strict testing and reconditioning procedures but despite of this, the item that you’ll receive may not be what you expected or may have issues beyond what was observed.

·         Any major cosmetic defect such as bad/cracked/worn out/missing LCD, palmrest, keyboard, plastic case, etc will be disclosed and indicated in the listing. 

·         Unless otherwise stated, items are sold “As Is”.

 

Testing and Reconditioning Procedures:

1.     The laptop is inspected and cleaned to improve cosmetic condition as if it was our own.

2.     Any defective, missing and worn out parts are removed and/or replaced when available so there are no missing screws or screw covers for example.

3.     All original manufacturer and 3rd-party logo and stickers are added/replaced when available so you'll get fresh new stickers.

4.     The IBM Restore Program is initiated to reset software to original factory settings.  During this process, the hard drive is reformatted then Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2 and 

5.     other updates are installed.

6.     Other productivity and virus/spyware protection software are installed when available. 

7.     The laptop is restarted several times during testing.

8.     The LCD is inspected with some software applications laptop running to find any imperfections or dead pixels.

9.     The memory is tested in all available memory slots.

10.   The optical drive is tested to insure it functions as it should (DVD-ROM plays DVDs, CD-RW burns CDS, etc.)

11.   The keyboard, touchpad and/or pointing devices are tested to insure it works.

12.   All communication and external ports such as LAN, WiFi, USB, keyboard, audio, video, etc., are tested for functionality.


 

Laptop Upgrades:

·         Laptop upgrades such as extra RAM, Extended Battery, Docking Port, etc. are also available and indicated in this listing.

·         Buyer needs to send email or an email reminder will be sent with instructions to reply within 24 hours before item is shipped.
