This palm pilot is in like new condition (technically not new but you should expect it to be just as a new unit), no scratches on the touch screen or body. Be wary of sellers that label their units as new, A) if it is not sealed consider it probably NOT new, B)if it is new the manufactures warrantee will no longer be valid and C) if the battery has not been changed(not user replaceable) then most likely the battery is bad, this type of battery is only good for a couple of years – we always test the battery and install new ones if necessary, you will not get that from other sellers. FULLY tested, everything works GREAT!!! We also repair and diagnose most all Palm models so rest assured the unit has been fully tested and verified.

Repairs
I personally repair ALL Palm problems. I have repaired literally hundreds and not had a complaint yet. I guarantee all repair work for a period of 90 days. If you have questions I will answer them quickly and efficiently.
Warranty
All billed for service and parts are covered for a period of 90 days. This covers workmanship, reoccurrence of original problem, and replaced part malfunction. This does not cover physical breakage; damage caused by environmental exposure (i.e. rain, lightning, any spilled substance, etc.), or any user physical modifications. Cost of shipping is not covered and is the customer’s responsibilities, typically $5, please inquire for actual amount.
