    Here's how you can get started:

    1. Purchase the desired quantity of switches for refurbishment. For example, if you wish to refurbish six switches, simply buy six and send them in for the restoration process.

    2. Send your switches to the address provided in your receipt. We'll take it from there.

    3. Sit back, relax, and leave the work to us. In approximately one week, your switches will be skillfully refurbished and promptly returned to you.

    We do have a few exceptions to note:

    Not all switches can be restored. In such cases, we will promptly return them to you and refund any costs incurred. We don't charge for the attempted restoration, including the time and parts used. Your only expense will be the prepaid return postage.

    While we are capable of restoring almost all types of switches, if you're unsure about the compatibility of your switches, please feel free to email us some photographs along with your questions. We'll provide prompt assistance to help you make an informed decision.

    Your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or cancelled if the order status has been marked as shipped.
    We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures. However, if there is a problem, please email us from within eBay messaging.

  • At the Art Deco Emporium. we try to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase experience, however we accept that despite all our best efforts sometimes items can get damaged in transit or quite simply you, the buyer, may change your mind. We request you contact us within fourteen days from time of receipt of any intention to return an item to us. Use the eBay resolution facility to open a case requesting an item return and provide as much detail as possible. We will then supply full instruction on how to proceed and where to return the item. You a total of thirty days to open a case and return an item. Should the item prove to be faulty we will reimburse all reasonable return costs provided the item is in our possession within the thirty days, thereafter it will be at our discretion. If you simply change your mind and wish to return the item then you must bear the return postage cost. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it. In the case of damage in transit, provide as much detail as possible including photographs of packaging to assist us in making an insurance claim against the shipping company. In all cases, for whatever the reason, we will return the full item cost including your original postage and packaging paid. We do not charge any restocking fees or penalties. Refunded monies will be via the same method as your original payment and will be processed within two working days of receipt of the returned item.
