All payments received before 12pm will be posted on the same day and any payment made after 12pm will be posted on the next day working day.

We are always more than happy to combine postage for you (international orders) to reduce your costs, just contact us and let us know what you would like to order.

For orders weighing up to 2kg we use Royal Mail, and any order over 2kg we use a reputable courier. International orders are also sent by Royal Mail via their Airmail Service.

Please contact us regarding any inquiries about wholesale/bulk orders 50/100/500pcs  etc.

Should you decide that your item is unsuitable, we offer a no quibble full refund policy. Items must be returned in the same condition within 14 days. Please contact us first if you wish to return your item to obtain a returns number.

Where we have sent an incorrect item or the goods are not as described or damaged, we will reimburse full postage costs. If the item is no longer required we request that the customer covers full postage costs.

If an exchange is required, please contact us to ensure we have a replacement in stock. Customers will be asked to cover full postage costs. Return items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage in all cases.

We abide by The Sale of Goods Act 1979, Trade Descriptions Act 1968 & The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
