EASY TERMITE BAIT MONITOR™ DESIGN
1. Monitor is White! The termites in a colony looking for new food sources are looking for cooler spots. Any dark-coloured monitors are ineffective while the sun is up. Companies make them dark so they blend into surrounds, however problem is termites can’t find them either! Lid is also designed for layer of soil to further aid in insulation.
2. The Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ offers a secure feeding location where termites can protect themselves from their predators and the outside environment.
3. Atmosphere (relative humidity) is almost as important as being cool for termites, and the Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ provides the ideal conditions.
4. Termites can be found during inspection with minimum disturbance.

11. Easy Termite Bait Monitors™ can be installed in any garden area where at least 20 cm of soil exists.
12. Core Drilling of concrete is discouraged. Termites do track under cement slabs but do not spend time foraging for food. There is no scientific reason to core drill slabs or remove sections of pavers unless all more appropriate areas have been covered. HOWEVER, if you have already Core Drilled, the Easy Termite Bait Monitor™ will fit into most core-drilled holes.
