From the moment you get your Nautilus canister, you will find it easy to install. The built-in primer, primes the filter. The modular design enables you to customize to the requirements of your aquarium.

All media necessary is included, but if you want more media, the basket system allows room for you to customize and add your own. Maintenance is a breeze with the Quick Release Tap System. Simply push the lever down and disconnect the taps and start your maintenance, without spills or mess.

The Nautilus range has a sophisticated mechanical and biological filtration system, with a coarse sponge to remove any floating dirt and debris and a huge surface area for good bacteria which are vital to maintaining water quality and the health of your fish. The superior motor provides a good flow rate and is very quiet.

The Aqua One Nautilus Canister Filter range is suitable for use in cold water, tropical and marine aquariums. Providing superior filtration, it comes ready to use with filter media included providing your fish tank with excellent mechanical and biological filtration.

So, you have just received your item and it is just might not be right for you.  No problem you can return your item and get a full refund or exchange of your item’s purchase price for up to 30 days*. Please note that the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

If your product fails within 60 days or arrives broken, we will repair or replace it. We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.

If your product fails outside the 60 days, we cover our products with a return to base warranty, where we will fix/replace the item.  We have great rates with our couriers, and we are more than happy to share these with you, just ask and we can get that organised for you.
