This is a great toy. He is in working order. When you wind him up, he spins in a circle, his tail spins around, his one hand lifts his glasses from his waist to his head and the other hand wipes the glasses with a cloth. He has rubber hands, a fuzzy tail & hear, a yellow & black plaid shirt and an all tin body & feet.   He is in a really nice condition.  He measures 6 3/4" tall.
