Our crush washers for your tactical rifle are precision machined - not stamped - by highly skilled, true craftspeople in the USA.
They are used exclusively by some of the biggest names in their assemblies.

These crush washers have been re-engineered for a better-looking assembly, as the standard crush washer looks too large.

The major diameter of these washers is 11/16 or .688. The standard diameter of a barrel is .7 at the muzzle. They will fit on any 1/2 thread, no matter the TPI.
They ensure the proper torque because they crush at the correct torque.
Then they act like a lock washer to keep the End of Barrel Device (EoBD) from loosening.

The crush washer acts like a lock washer to keep the EoBD
(muzzle brake, Etc.) from vibrating loose. It also gives you over one full
turn of adjustment so you can "time" your device if needed. A device you
would need to time would be a muzzle brake where the holes have to point
up, or to the side. It goes between the EoBD and the shoulder of the threads.
