ENGRAVING SERVICES

Engraving Services will delay delivery estimates by 3 to 4 Business Days. 

• All text engraving services are an additional $15 to the original sales price of the item (Cost of item + $15 Engraving Service = Total Amount Due)
• We do not enforce a Maximum or Minimum character count requirement for any of our products; however please keep in mind the area we are engraving is often small or short. Any requested engraving messages that exceed the given area of the product will be denied and you will be notified through the eBay messaging system for revision. 

How To Submit Desired Engraving Message:

During the checkout process, please write in the comment box the following instructions for your engraving.

• We will engrave it exactly the way you type it, including capitalized letters, non-capitalized letters, spaces, and other characters such as periods or exclamation points.
• Please put the message in parentheses. Anything written within these parentheses will be engraved Example: ("Forever and Always")
• This ring can only be engraved on the inside due to its outer design. 
• Text Font: Let us know what font you would like us to use. Any messages received without these instructions will be decided by our engraving specialist team.
• Fonts Offered: Block, Times, Script, Brush, Old English, Roman

Refund & Exchange Policy:

• Returns for full refund are only valid for item sale price, not including shipping costs.
• All personalized/engraved items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please be sure to select the correct size/item before submitting your engraving order. 
• All items returned to us require an issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by our customer support. You can obtain this RMA number by simply messaging us through eBay. 
• All items returned without a valid RMA number will be delayed in processing, or returned back to the sender. 
• We offer our customers a 60 day period/warranty from purchase date to exchange or refund their order, all items eligible must still be in new or unworn/resellable condition. 
• Any items returned beyond the 60 day period/warranty will not be accepted. 
• Any items returned for any reason in used/poor condition will not be accepted.
