Collection is Free of charge, please choose Collect in store and we will have it ready for you to collect.

Important Information regarding Receiving your order

Checking Your Delivery - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Please note that you must check the condition and number of packages before you sign for them. The reason for this is that once your goods have been signed for as being "received in good condition", claims for damages are not covered by the carrier's insurance company and claims for damages will not be honoured.

If the courier will not wait for you to check for damages, please clearly sign has Damaged on the paperwork. 

Please notify us with 48 Hours of receiving your goods of any damages that was not visible on receiving the order after signing as damaged. Any damages reported after 48 hours will not be honoured and will be deemed as being damaged whilst in your care.
In the unlikely event that your order as arrived damaged please clearly sign as "damaged" or refuse the delivery. We will then be able to send out replacements quickly. If the driver does not wait for you check the order, please expect the worst and clearly sign as damaged.

Please do not arrange any labour until your materials are on site as we will not compensate you for your builder's time in the unlikely event of a late delivery

Storing your products prior to use
We send all products wrapped in protective packaging to avoid damage. We would always advise that any type of PVC guttering or PVC products is stored in a cool place out of direct sunlight to avoid damage due to heat build-up within the packaging. Any extrusions (lengths of product) should be stored horizontally and supported along the whole length of the product.

Notifying us of shortages
We check and double check all orders before they leave our warehouse although sometimes we do make mistakes, if you are short any items in your order please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then investigate and send the missing items out asap. Our warehouse as CCTV cameras so we can pin point where the mistake has been made and get it rectified very quickly.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, and be totally satisfied with the products that we sell. So, we offer a returns policy for those rare occasions when our products don't meet a customers expectation.

If you have received faulty products, incorrect parts, or simply changed your mind about the purchase, then return the order to us. We will issue a refund or an exchange if preferred.

Requesting a Refund or Exchange

Return Requests should be submitted within 30 days from receipt of goods and must be done through the Returns systems of eBay's Resolution Centre, or eBay Messages.

Return using Resolution Centre

We suggest you use the Returns process under eBay's Resolution Centre, as this makes the handling of returns even more efficient. It means all communication will be tracked, so you can view our responses, the current status and see what the next steps are at any time.

This should be used for orders requiring a refund and paid for using PayPal. See Return using eBay Messages below for the return of all other orders.

Select 'Return this item'
Choose Reason from drop-down menu
Enter additional information in box provided
Click 'Continue'
Note the Unique Identification Number given
We then contact you through the Resolution Centre to say what happens next


You must include the Unique Identification Number and Sales Record Number (found on delivery invoice) when you return the goods. Once we have received the goods back, and the return is complete, the refund will be issued as quickly as possible, through your PayPal account (within 7 working days).

Return using eBay Messages

If the Resolution Centre can't be used, then eBay Messages should be. This allows all messages to be logged in eBay, so there is no risk of emails not being received.

Select 'Returns' as the topic
Enter reason for return and what is wanted in box provided

We then contact you to say what happens next

Bespoke Items

Bespoke items and goods made to the customers specification, such as polycarbonate sheets, are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty.

Conditions of Return

Return Requests should be submitted within 30 days from receipt of the goods
Goods must be received by us within 45 days of order being delivered
Goods should be returned in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and protective bags, however small
Returns requests should be issued as described above, telephone requests are not acceptable
If incorrect or faulty parts were supplied then we shall cover the cost of return postage
Bespoke items and goods made to the customers specification are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty
Misuse or poor care of goods prior to return may result in reduction of refund amount
Returned goods should be sent using the most economical Recorded method (often 2nd Class Recorded Signed For)

We are happy to exchange goods for an alternative. Please contact us as soon as possible, with the exact details of what you require to change it to, along with the returned products.

What Happens If...

You received wrong or faulty products

Please accept our apologies and let us know using eBay Messages (explained below). We'll send replacement parts as soon as we're informed and may provide packaging / postage for the return of the incorrect items.

You ordered wrongly or changed your mind

We will issue a refund on receipt of returned goods, or provide an exchange if preferred.
