  • This is an authentic U.S./Canada DVD. It is not a bootleg or cheap import.

  • Don't be fooled by the many copies of this set for sale at rock-bottom prices. Just about all of those sets are cheap Asian bootlegs. The newest bootlegs to hit the U.S. market look nearly identical to the real thing -- on the outside. On the inside, however, they contain the same poor-quality, copied discs as has always been the case with fakes.

  • There are some telltale differences between the fake Next Generation complete series sets and the real thing. First, only the real thing includes the collectible poster (shown in the final three photos above). You'll find that although fake versions advertise the poster on the box, it is nowhere to be found inside. Second, the fake versions store the discs in an overlapping manner, whereas the real thing stores the discs one per green tray. Many of the fakes are also sealed with discs visible through the outer packaging, something that is never the case with authentic versions.

  • We've included photos of this item from every angle to show the differences in the real set. We've also included photos showing the inner storage trays so you can see how the discs are stored just one per tray. The fake version would have two discs in each tray, slightly overlapping each other. Please note that this set is NOT open; the final five photos are included for illustrative purposes only. You will receive the factory sealed set shown in the first seven photos.

  • This set is brand new and factory sealed. There is some minor wear on the shrinkwrap, especially on the corners where there is some tearing in the wrap (see photos above). The first seven photos shown are of the exact set for sale.

  • This set costs more than the fakes, but the old adage is true: you get what you pay for. With the fakes, besides lower-quality picture resolution, you also run a very high risk of getting at least one disc that won't play at all. This is due to nonexistent quality control at the factories that manufacture bootlegs. So why take that risk? When you buy authentic, you not only support honest businesses, you also can be sure that you are getting a high-quality product.

    SHIPPING & HANDLING

    • How much is shipping and handling?

    • Shipping rates are calculated worldwide based on your location. Your rate should automatically appear below the Buy-It-Now price at the top of this page. International rates include an additional handling fee to cover the extra time required to process international orders, as well as extra costs related to currency conversion and insurance. Expedited services may also include an additional handling fee to cover the extra time required to process rush orders.

      APO/FPO/DPO customers please note: Special shipping rates apply to orders valued over $50, except those shipped via Express Mail. Ebay currently does not allow us to specify a separate rate to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, so prior authorization is required on these orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote. In most cases, the added cost will range from $2 to $5.

    • Do you offer a combined shipping discount?

    • Yes, we do! To receive a discount on items with free standard shipping, please contact us for special check-out instructions.

      For discounts on premium shipping services (including international), please request an invoice to make sure you receive the full discount. We cannot refund overpayments if you choose to pay prior to recieving an invoice.

      To qualify for a discount, you must pay for all items in one payment.

    • Is insurance included in the shipping and handling rate?

    • Yes, basic insurance is included.

    • When will my order be shipped?

    • Your order will ship within one business day of the date we process your cleared payment (subject to our operating schedule, as explained below).

      Our hours of operation are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday, excluding postal holidays. Orders paid for after business hours will be processed the next business day and will ship within one business day of that date. (For example, an order paid for at 6 p.m. Central Time on Thursday will be processed on Friday and may not ship until the following Monday.)

      Rush orders are given top priority and are processed before standard orders. Orders that select Express Mail will be shipped the next day post offices are open (including Saturdays) if payment is received by 5 p.m. Central Time.

    • Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

    • Yes, we do! However, preapproval is required on items valued over $50 (see "How much is shipping and handling?" above for details). Please contact us for preapproval.

    • I live nearby. Can I pick up my item?

    • We do not currently offer local pick-up for any of our items.

    PAYMENT

    • What payment methods do you accept?

    • Paypal is our preferred payment method. For alternative payment options, please contact us.

    • How long do I have to pay for my item?

    • Payment is expected within 4 days, unless special arrangements have been made. If we have not received payment or heard from you at the end of 4 days, an unpaid item case will be opened with Ebay.

    • Do you charge sales tax?

    • We charge 6.875% sales tax on Minnesota purchases. Per Minnesota law, the sales tax applies to the total purchase price, including shipping and handling.

    RETURN POLICY

    • How long do I have to return my item?

    • You have 30 days from the date you receive the item. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

    • What should I do if my item is defective?

    • We stand behind the products we sell. In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. We will refund your entire purchase price, as well as standard original shipping and basic return shipping costs. Our belief is that you should not have to lose any money over a defective item.

      We cannot offer a full refund of expedited shipping, since these services are offered as convenience options only. This applies both to the original shipping service you selected and the return service you choose. We will refund the amount of the lowest-cost option available.

      INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the very high cost of international shipping, we cannot offer a full refund on either original or return shipping for international orders. We will only be able to reimburse the cost of standard domestic shipping.

    • What should I do if I changed my mind or purchased the item in error?

    • You can still return the item, but you will be charged a restocking fee of $6 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If original shipping was free, we will subtract the exact amount we paid for shipping from your refund.

      The item must be returned in its original condition. We cannot accept a return of a new item if the factory seal has been broken.

    • We will leave positive feedback for you as soon as we process your item for shipment. (See "When will my order be shipped?" above for detailed timeframes.) We do not require you to leave feedback first.

    • What if I don't think our transaction merits positive feedback or high star ratings?
