We only sell these "parts" by matching Engine code, Chassis code, Year/month, Origin of vehicle (Japanese/EU/UK / other).So you take responsibility to check the details before purchase. We highly recommend to match part number (OEM number) before purchase ,you can find OEM number from your old part or get part number from main dealer or ask us before purchase-We merely ship the item you purchased; we are unaware of the type of car you possess. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the components they purchase are appropriate for their vehicle. Please DONT BLAME US later if its different and does not fit-

Five polite but important notes before purchase:

a. Important : for any most parts must match part number from your old part before purchase. Each model have 2-3 different options.(read description carefully)

b. Delivery: Courier Next day deliveries are not guaranteed for next day, sometime delays happen, eBay only shows estimated day (read Shipping section)-DISPATCH same day if paid before 9:30am (Mon-Fri)

c. Please avoid to open a case: If you have queries with your purchased item, please simply contact via “contact the seller” & only use tab “other”, otherwise a case/dispute will open.

d. 5 star ratings: if you leave us detailed seller ratings then we highly appreciate your 5 stars ratings, as we do everything in our hands to satisfy our customers by giving best description of item, low price , offering free delivery , so please contact before leaving any low ratings.

What you can expect: We import in bulk from approved factories and supply to many garages / shops, you will get a good quality product with 12 months warranty.so we want to pass realistic expectation in our item description for the price you pay. You will get item in "neutral" un-branded packaging. Some electrical items shows error of compatibility in certain engines that needs to be reset or simply return for refund.

If you have received damaged item, You MUST need to report to us in 3 WORKING DAYS - with all proof of pictures, we must need picture of Label (DPD label), damaged outer packaging, damaged part, need at least 10 pictures from all sides to submit claim with DPD-- (don't discard box /packaging until your claim approved).

SHIPPING POLICY

We don’t dispatch items on weekends/ bank holidays

We only dispatch item to the address left at checkout- if you later request change of address via "eBay message"-we will NOT be able to do that- hence we will cancel order.

RETURN PAID ONLY BY CUSTOMER: We don't pay for any return or CANNOT ARRANGE ANY COLLECTION , if you buy without confirmation that it will fit your vehicle -we will not arrange any collection - so confirm with us before purchase -RETURN only acceptable in original condition with all packaging as you received.

We dispatch item same "working" day if paid before 9:30am (Sometime its earlier than 9:30am so please see eBay dispatch time) , but we can’t guarantee on behalf of courier as some time their delays are out of control. Please contact us immediately if item delayed; simply contact us via “contact seller “other. Please understand our position after dispatching item on time. RETURNS/REFUND

RETURN BY RECORDED DELIVERY AND HOW?We prefer if you return via eBay return your unwanted item by recorded delivery (to have tracking) must be in exactly original condition, without any missing box, wrapping, and accessory to avoid argument in getting refund, also NO marks , oil, grease on item or on box.We need vehicle registration and picture of part / packing / box before we authorize any return.

We refund with in 48 hours of receiving the item back - if all received in original condition.

Please ask for return address and authorization code. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

There is NO RETURN acceptable on GENUINE/ OEM BRANDED parts once opened from the original box and packaging

All our quality parts come with manufacturer's 12 months warranty of parts only.

Our warranty is limited liability for "product only" We are not responsible for any damages, labor, or subsequent problem in your vehicle, inconvenience, car hire or breakdown charges. So please make sure before fitting any part supplied by us, that it is conforming to the standards to fit the purpose.

We strongly recommend having the car parts fitted by qualified mechanic/garage; mostly “DIY” jobs end up in failure coz of lack of equipment and expertise. DIY jobs are not covered under Warranty.

WARRANTY “VOIDS” IF PARTS NOT FITTED BY QUALIFIED MECHANIC/GARAGE WITHOUT PROOF OF THEIR INVOICE.
