This is the Wizards of the Coast Dungeons & Dragons map tile, released in 2003.  It is 8" by 5" and decorated in a dungeon terrain, as pictured.  This is the Assembly Tile tile.  It is printed on a thick cardstock type cardboard, and is hard to find.  This tile has some wear on the corners only.  The face of the tile is in excellent condition.
