We only accept payments via PayPal which is the safest and fastest way to shop online.

Payment has to be done straightaway. In case of delay in payment, we will not be responsible for items becoming out of stock. In such cases full refund will be given.

We use Royal Mail first class service and all orders are dispatched from our London warehouse. Orders are posted same day if placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the very next working day (Monday to Friday). Please note we do not post orders on the weekends and bank holidays.

First class Royal mail service normally takes 1-2 working days but please note that first class service is not a guaranteed next day service. Delivery time may vary depending on royal mail schedule so sometimes (very rarely) it may take up to 7 working days. We would suggest allowing 7 working days before contacting us regarding 'Items not received'.

If there is a big order, then we may use myhermes or other delivery methods with tracking details.

International Delivery within Europe usually takes 5-7 working days. We use Royal mail standard International service unless mentioned otherwise. Buyer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept returns for exchange or refund. Please send us a message through eBay messaging and post the product back to us mentioning your eBay id, full name and reason for return. Returned items must be received within 30 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition. They should be unworn, undamaged with tags and free of any perfume, deodorant, makeup, hairs etc.

We offer a fast 48 working hours refund after receiving the item and a refund message will be sent accordingly. Buyer will pay the return postage unless the item is damaged or wrong item is sent. We cannot be held responsible for any returns which do not reach us. It is advisable to use royal mail second class recorded service. Please message us the tracking number for fast action.
